Keep work together in a project
A project is a group of transcripts, for example everything on one client, story or case. Put a transcript in a project and Explore can run inside it, so the search stays within that piece of work. Tapes can be added, removed or moved between projects at any time.
Share a project with a colleague
- Open the project.
- Click on the Invite collaborators.
- Enter your colleague’s email.
- Send the invite.
Remove a colleague’s access, or revoke a share, at any time.
Search what colleagues have shared
On a team account, Explore searches every recording your colleagues share with you.
Colleagues who are already using Good Tape, can join the team and keep their entire history, every file and every project. Billing moves to the team automatically, and any unused time is credited back to them. Contact sales to move your team over.
When someone leaves
Every user can delete their own files and projects. Beyond that, Good Tape works with each customer to set up the right arrangement when someone leaves, because retention rules differ.
