You can take full control of your plan through our secure billing portal. To get started, navigate to your Settings, scroll to the Account section, and select Manage subscription.
1. Your Plan Overview
The subscription page provides a high-level view of your current status:
Plan Tier: Confirms your current service level, such as Professional.
Billing Cycle: Shows whether you are on a monthly or yearly schedule.
Renewal Date: Displays the exact date your subscription is set to renew for the next period.
Savings: Highlights any active cost savings, such as a discount for choosing yearly billing.
2. Using the Billing Portal
Inside the secure dashboard, you can manage your financial details:
Addresses: Update your billing and shipping information to ensure your invoices are accurate.
Payment Methods: Securely add, remove, or update the credit cards used for your subscription.
Billing History: Access a full list of past transactions and download invoices for your records.
3. Making Changes & Add-Ons
If your transcription needs grow, you can adjust your setup directly in the portal:
Switch Frequency: Toggle between monthly and yearly billing cycles to suit your workflow.
Add-On Hours: If you need more time, you can purchase additional transcription bundles.
Available Add-Ons: You can select from various monthly or yearly hour bundles, such as 20, 40, 80, or 480 additional hours.
4. Pausing or Cancelling
We offer flexibility if you need to adjust your usage:
Pause Subscription: If you need a temporary break, you can pause your account for 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days.
How it Works: During a pause, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be billed.
Cancel Subscription: You can choose to cancel your plan at any time.
Access Period: Your features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
