Secure your organization and streamline your team’s access with Enterprise-grade Single Sign-On (SSO). This feature is exclusive to our Business plan.
Why Choose SSO?
Seamless Onboarding: New team members are automatically converted to SSO users as soon as your domain is enabled.
Zero-Disruption Setup: You can start your team with standard email/password logins while we configure your SSO in the background.
Maximum Security: Once enabled, SSO becomes the only allowed login method, redirecting users away from standard OAuth or password flows.
Risk-Free Testing: We "connect" and test the provider thoroughly before we ever enforce the domain lock.
How We Support Your Integration
We don't just give you a link; we build a custom experience for your specific setup.
Custom Guides: If you use a provider like OneLogin or Azure, we already have foolproof, screenshot-heavy guides ready for you.
Hands-on Verification: For other providers, our team creates a staging environment to mirror your setup and ensure the integration is perfect before going live.
Ready to set up SSO? Follow this guide:
To ensure a fast and "foolproof" integration, please follow these steps to reach out to our team:
Step 1: Identify Your Provider
Before contacting us, please confirm which Identity Provider (IdP) your organization uses (e.g., Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, OneLogin, Google Workspace).
Step 2: Submit Your Request
Email yourfriends@goodtape.io with the subject line: "SSO Integration Request - [Your Company Name]".
Please include the following in your message:
Identity Provider: Which system are you using?
Target Domain: Which email domain(s) should be enforced (e.g., @yourcompany.com)?
Metadata File: If you have your XML Metadata file ready from your IdP, please attach it to the email.
Step 3: Onboard Your Team
You don't have to wait for the SSO to be finished to start transcribing.
We can set up your Enterprise seat-based team immediately.
Your team can start using Good Tape with email/password right now.
Once the SSO is tested and your domain is enabled, your users will be automatically migrated to the secure SSO flow—they won't have to lift a finger.
