Notes allow you to attach thoughts, observations, or action items directly to specific phrases in your transcripts. Because they stay pinned to the exact timestamp, you’ll never have to hunt for context again.
How to Add a Note
Getting your ideas down is quick and seamless:
- Open any transcript on your desktop browser.
- Highlight the phrase or sentence you want to comment on.
- Click "Add Note" in the floating toolbar that appears above your selection.
- Type your thoughts and hit save.
Viewing Your Notes
Notes appear as light yellow annotations docked right next to the highlighted text. This keeps your workspace organized while ensuring your insights are always visible at a glance.
Managing Your Content
- Editing & Deleting: Change your mind? No problem. You can edit the text of a note or delete it entirely at any time by clicking on the note icon.
- Privacy First: Notes are strictly private. Even if you are working in a shared workspace, other team members cannot see the notes you create. They are for your eyes only.
