Once you have logged in, your dashboard is the central hub for managing your transcripts and your personal account settings. Here is everything you can do.
1. Navigating Your Profile
To access your personal settings, click on your Name/Avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar and select Settings. This opens your main management area where you can view:
Your Professional Status: Confirm if you are on a "Pro" plan.
Your Member Since Date: See exactly when you joined the Good Tape community.
Transcription Usage: View how many minutes you have transcribed this month and when your usage resets.
2. Managing Your Account Security & Preferences
Within the Account section of your settings, you have several direct actions:
Email Preferences: Choose whether to receive monthly invoices or stay updated with news and offers via email.
Security Preferences: You can toggle an option to allow customer support account access. This is incredibly helpful if you need the team to help you troubleshoot a specific transcript issue.
Change Email & Password: Securely update your login email or reset your password at any time.
Delete Account: If you need to permanently remove your data, the "Delete account" option is located here.
3. Subscription & Billing
Managing the financial side of your account is straightforward:
View Billing History: Access all your past transactions and receipts in one click.
Manage Subscription: This link takes you directly to your plan management, where you can upgrade or adjust your professional features.
4. Team Management
If you are collaborating with others, the Fatima’s Team (or your specific team name) section shows:
Member Count: How many people are currently in your team.
Pending Invites: See who has been invited but hasn't joined yet.
Manage Team: Click this to add new colleagues or adjust existing member roles.
5. Legal & Support Resources
At the bottom of your settings dashboard, you have quick access to:
Important Documents: Quick links to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and DPA (Data Processing Agreement).
Contact Us: Visit the Help Center (like the one you're reading now!) or reach out to support directly.
Cookie Consent: Easily manage or change your cookie preferences at any time.
