Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your Professional subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal in your settings. Your professional features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I run out of transcription hours?

If you hit your monthly limit, you don't have to wait for the next month. You can purchase Add-on hours (ranging from 20 to 480 additional hours) directly within your billing portal to keep transcribing immediately.

Is there a way to pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Absolutely. If you’re between projects, you can pause your subscription for 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days. During this time, you won't be billed, and your subscription will not renew until the pause period ends.

Can I get my invoices automatically?

Yes. In your Account Settings under Email Preferences, you can toggle the option to "Send me monthly invoices". Once enabled, your receipts will be sent directly to your login email as soon as a payment is processed.
